Summer Maximization Strategy #9

One of the best ways to maximize your summertime is to hire help and delegate. My assistant is my lifesaver! She works about twenty hours per week, which means I have freed up eighty hours a month to focus on revenue-generating activities, both present and future.

You can outsource everything from bookkeeping, to marketing, to housekeeping, grocery shopping and pet-walking. If there’s a task that needs to be done, chances are there’s someone who would be more than happy to take it off of your hands. The best news: the person you’re hiring probably loves the tasks you give them, which allows you to do more of what you love — and make more money!

If you’ve been on the fence about hiring an assistant or some other type of assistance, I strongly suggest you stop messing around and just do it. You won’t miss the money, and you won’t miss the tasks … but you will love your assistant (almost as much as I love mine) and their assistance … as well as the additional money you’re able to generate because you have them!

What are you waiting for?
